This policy describes how Dr. Francesco Pentimalli (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), with administrative headquarters in Italy and contact at info@drpentimalli.com, processes personal data collected through the site and related channels, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable national regulations.

- Manage consultation requests and clinical-organizational communications with patients (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Comply with legal obligations regarding accounting, cybersecurity and the protection of rights (art. 6.1.c and f GDPR).
- Information activities and newsletter subscriptions with explicit opt-in and the option to unsubscribe at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
3. Modalities of treatment and conservation
The data is processed using digital and documentary tools, with security measures proportionate to the risk. Retention periods are limited to what is strictly necessary: up to 24 months for general requests and longer only when required by law.
4. Communication and recipients
The data may be communicated to technical providers, legal or tax advisors, cloud platforms and persons authorized by the Data Controller. Indiscriminate diffusion is not expected.
5. Rights of interested parties
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, interested parties can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint before the competent supervisory authority.
